Query Language

The text search engine allows queries to be formed from arbitrary Boolean expressions containing the keywords AND, OR, and NOT, and grouped with parentheses. For example:

information retrieval: finds documents containing 'information' or 'retrieval'
information or retrieval: same as above
information and retrieval: finds documents containing both 'information' and 'retrieval'
information not retrieval: finds documents containing 'information' but not 'retrieval'
(information not retrieval) and WAIS: finds documents containing 'WAIS', plus 'information' but not 'retrieval'
web*: finds documents containing words starting with 'web'

Customer Loyalty

Customers are loyal for one reason...you take care of them. After five years in business our customer retention rate remains at 100%. The recent move from Bel Air to Baltimore may cause me to lose some due to the distance factor. But no customer has or will be lost from dissatisfaction with my service. In fact, I've had customers move as far away as Ohio and still call me when they have a problem with their PC.
